Ralph Suarez
Founder, CEO and President

Ralph Suárez

Over the past 3 decades, Ralph has established himself as a leader in Multicultural marketing. In 1991, concerned with the lack of quality Hispanic integrated marketing communications in Central Florida, he founded RS & Associates, which fused later into Suá Advertising. He has developed and directed successful marketing programs for companies like the American Red Cross, Bright House Networks, DAVE School, Florida Technical College, Orlando International Airport, Plaza del Sol Mall, Ana G. Méndez University and Sol Meliá Vacation Club, among many others.

Ralph’s extensive experience in the U.S. general and Hispanic markets, coupled with his talent and passion for quickly evaluating the needs of his clients help him deliver solutions that exceed expectations. His strengths lie in the development of marketing initiatives and the implementation of the latest technologies – from strategic communication programs and marketing plans to the consumer experience journey and research.

Born in Chicago, Illinois, and raised in Chicago and Puerto Rico, Ralph studied Communications and Business Administration at the University of Puerto Rico. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing from the University of Central Florida. His passion for integrated marketing communications also lead him to graduate level coursework at the University of Central Florida, concentrating on international marketing and consumer behavior.

As the Founder, CEO and President of Suá Advertising, Ralph currently oversees the Agency’s operations and day-to-day management decisions and strategies.

His dedication and talent has been acknowledged by several organizations such as the American Marketing Association, American Red Cross, Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Metro Orlando (HCCMO) and the Puerto Rican Chamber of Commerce of Central Florida. He currently serves on the HCCMO Supplier Diversity Council and on Prospera’s Technical Assistance Committee.

When he is not developing new strategies and ideas for the agency’s partners, Ralph pursues several interests including traveling, photography, music, reef aquariums and spending time with family and friends.

Norma Rivera
Account Services and Coordinator

Norma Rivera

Norma has lived and breathed business from an early age, thanks to her parents, who owned several retail shops. As the head of Suá Advertising’s Account Services Department, Norma is the liaison between the agency and its partners, keeping up with and anticipating market trends and client needs.

For the past 10 years, Norma has provided direction and insights to Suá’s partners. They include Ana G. Mendez University, Florida Hospital, Florida Technical College, Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Metro Orlando, Kasa Development Corporation, La Familia Pawn & Jewelry, LaSalle Computer Learning Center, Mizpa Christian University, Orlando International Airport, Pirate’s Town, Valencia College and William McBride Law Group.

Born in Cayey, Puerto Rico, Norma’s passion for business led her to the Business Administration Department of the University of Puerto Rico, where she received a bachelor’s degree and worked as an administrator before moving with her family to Orlando. While working for the University of Central Florida, Norma was tasked with the creation of various departments and offices including the Faculty Center, Undergraduate Research, the Undergraduate Studies Office and the Quality Enhancement Program among others. She also registered in their Communications school, where she received her second bachelor’s degree. Norma also attended and graduated from the UCF Leadership Enhancement Program. Norma’s hard work has been recognized with the Martin Marietta/UCF Academy Contribution Award and the Gabor Excellence Award Committee.

She enjoys reading, gardening and is always looking to learn new things. Norma also enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Denise Santana
Creative and Copywriter

Denise Santana

Denise has been telling stories that compel and engage multicultural audiences for over 20 years. As Suá’s lead Spanish/English copywriter and TransCreator, she writes and manages the agency partners' written communications. She got her start as a copywriter in Puerto Rico, where she was immersed in a variety of integrated marketing communications specialties early on in her career.

True to her trade, Denise loves working with complex concepts and turning them into words that customers can understand, relate to and act upon. Her command of the Spanish and English languages allows her to provide seamless, creative translations/transcreations between the two languages.

Born in New York and raised in Puerto Rico, Denise studied Public Communication at the University of Puerto Rico and obtained an M.A. in Mass Communication from the University of Florida. Having lived in the continental US for over 20 years, she has done writing and translation work for Capital One, Frito-Lay, Florida Blue, Lexus and Toyota of Puerto Rico, Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, and others.

When Denise is not developing creative content, she enjoys reading, watching movies, and spending time with her family and friends.

Iris Ledesma
Traffic Coordinator and Media Buyer

Iris Ledesma

As Suá’s media go-to person, Iris has been the agency's lead traffic coordinator and media specialist for over 17 years. Her passion for business, eye for detail and organizational skills helped her become Sua’s lead Media Buyer. During her tenure at Suá, she has learned all about traffic and media planning, negotiating and buying while working on multiple accounts. Iris formerly worked as the Executive Assistant for the Chief of Staff for the Governor of Puerto Rico, she also worked for the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Orlando, the Office of the Governor of Puerto Rico in Orlando and Hilton Grand Vacations.

Iris’ specialty is identifying and analyzing consumer behaviors, media trends, budgeting and forecasting. She plans and executes strategic media buys, conducts statistical and business analytics on omnichannel outlets.

A native Puerto Rican, Iris has a Bachelor’s Degree in Secretarial Sciences from the Pontifical Catholic University. Central Florida has been her home since 1991.

Iris enjoys cooking, baking, gardening, traveling, arts & crafts and time with her two daughters.

Rosa Fierro
Lead Graphic Designer

Rosa Fierro

From an early age, Rosa knew that she wanted to use her talent as a designer to convey ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate consumers. At Suá Advertising, she applies her 21 years of design and marketing experience to create highly effective marketing collateral and advertising campaigns for the agency’s partners.

Born in Mexico City, Mexico, she received a Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design with a major in Communications at Universidad Iberoamericana. After opening her own design studio in 1995, she relocated to the United States in 2000, where she has leveraged her Hispanic background to develop messages that resonate with the culture and preferences of this diverse customer segment, as well as for the general market. Her previous clients include UC San Diego Extension, Bosch Security and Safety Systems, National Pen Ltd., Pfizer, Sony Music Entertainment Mexico and EMI Music Mexico.

Rosa loves pet photography and has a collection of over 4,000 pictures of pets. When she is not working, she enjoys the outdoors and taking long walks with her dog, always carrying her camera. She loves to donate her time to dog rescue groups by designing their promotional materials.
